Due to the nature of digital IPTV services, refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments or accidental purchases.
- Failure to deliver service due to technical issues within 30 minutes of purchase.
- Service not as described, e.g., access to fewer channels than promised.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after service has been delivered.

- Service interruptions due to internet connectivity or device issues on the customer’s side.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel future recurring subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for periods already active.
